General Notes


  • "Maximum Allocation Policy" – This package includes a set number of deliverables within the allotted shoot time. If the full allocation isn’t used, no refunds or rollovers will be provided. (Example: If your package includes up to 5 reels in 3 hours but only 2 are completed, the unused deliverables are forfeited. Similarly, if you book a 3-hour session but finish in 2, the remaining hour is not refundable.)
  • Monthly Retainer: Our discount packages are structured on a monthly cycle, with options for 3, 6, or 12-month retainer contracts. We offer a trial period to ensure a good fit, but please note that without a contract, rates will increase or original price.
  • Music Responsibility: Clients are responsible for sourcing and providing all music.
  • Operating Hours (For Planning & Onboarding): 9am-5pm

This way, you’ll have plenty of content to spread out over the month, keeping your feed fresh and your audience engaged with minimal stress.

Video Levels


  • Level 1: Quick walkthroughs or highlight/lifestyle videos (under 15 seconds).
  • Level 2: Trendy videos with advanced editing techniques like transitions, masking, split screens, and dialogue. These require more editing time.
  • Level 3: Fully creative, scripted ads designed for brands or commercials, including direction and planning. This level is ideal for paid brand content.
