FOUNDER & CEO

Raymond Laventure, widely known as "Laventure X" or simply "X," is a multifaceted creative professional specializing in photography, direction, production, and cinematography, based in South Florida. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Film with a minor in Mass Communication from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Additionally, Raymond is an entrepreneur with ambitious plans to build the "Laventure Empire," a creative ad agency and a powerhouse in luxury and fashion.

Raymond attributes his diverse career path post-college to his successes and leadership style. He has held various roles, including unit manager, admissions advisor, producer, and creative director, and worked full-time for several years as an editorial, swimwear, and event photographer/videographer. His most significant professional experience was from June 2016 to December 2022, during which he joined Redcon1, the fastest-growing sports supplement company in history, as a part-time videographer. He quickly advanced to become the Senior Film Director, creating and leading an entire creative division for the company, which was just seven months old when he joined.

As a creative director at Redcon1, Raymond managed all visual assets for social media and paid advertisements, mastering the arts of branding, advertising, and product promotion. He led large production teams during product releases and apparel launches and traveled globally to capture content for the company’s extensive roster of athletes. The most profound lesson he learned during his tenure at Redcon1 is that to build an empire, one must DREAM BIG and MASTER THEIR CRAFT.

Inspired by his journey and armed with a solid foundation, Raymond launched the Laventure Creative Ad Agency. With over 15 years of experience in photography, more than 12 years in film, and over six years as a producer/director, he is more determined than ever to dominate the creative industry. Alongside a talented team and creative partners, his goal is to tackle large-scale projects and collaborate with high-profile clients such as Nike, Under Armour, and Rolex.
