PODCAST PRE-PRODUCTION

Pre-Production Asset Fee

To maintain a high standard of quality across all our podcasts and episodes, we charge a one-time pre-production fee. This covers the creation of essential visual assets that are developed for the first episode and reused consistently throughout the series. As a full-service agency, we currently lead the creative direction and design of all show graphics for new productions.

Below are examples of fully produced show assets we've developed for clients, including Terrence J—known for "106 & Parks" and Kevin Hart's "Think Like A Man", for the launch of the Money Talks podcast.

FIRST - SELECT YOUR LOGO

LOGO DESIGN

Choosing a logo can be a quick or more in-depth process depending on your vision and preferences. To ensure we get the first round as close to your ideal as possible, we'll send you a custom design form. This form includes questions about your preferred color palette, fonts, creative direction, podcast elements, and more—helping us streamline the logo creation process and deliver something that truly represents your brand.

SECOND - ANIMATE LOGO

FULL PRODUCTION LOGO PACKAGE

Once you’ve selected your final logo, changes can no longer be made. After approval, we’ll deliver your logo to our VFX team and include all Illustrator or Photoshop files, along with Alpha-ready assets for seamless use in your show or content.

We'll take the elements from your final logo selection and craft a custom animation that can serve as your show's official intro—perfect for opening each episode with a strong, branded presence.

We design and animate custom lower thirds that match your unique branding and color palette.

These dynamic graphics are perfect for introducing guests, hosts, locations, segments, and show breaks—adding a professional and cohesive touch to your video content.

In addition to logo animations and lower thirds, we create a full suite of branded assets—including scene transition slates, quick intros and outros, and resized animations optimized for vertical reels on Instagram.

We design these assets with flexibility in mind, ensuring they can be seamlessly adapted to various scenarios. Our goal is to build a reusable system so that each new episode can be efficiently opened and closed by simply copying and pasting assets from one timeline to the next.

THIRD - CREATE BRAND GUIDELINES

YOUTUBE THUMBNAILS

We’ll design a custom template that the client can use for posting on YouTube and as a thumbnail for other platforms. The client will be responsible for maintaining and updating the template for future posts.

FINALLY - PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER.

READY TO ROLL OUT

The final product is a clean, easy-to-use brand package that fits right into all future podcast episodes. It makes the whole process smoother and faster, so turning around episodes is way easier. No more back-and-forth about missing assets or surprise add-on fees—just a clear system that keeps things moving forward and helps you stay consistent.
